Gujarat, home to the sacred city of Dwarka, one of the four Char Dham pilgrimage sites in India, is famous for the ancient Dwarkadhish Temple dedicated to Lord Krishna, attracting thousands of devotees each year. The nearby Somnath Temple, a revered Jyotirlinga site, symbolizes Lord Shiva’s eternal presence. Complementing the spiritual experience, Gir National Park offers a unique opportunity to witness the majestic Asiatic lions in their natural habitat, making this tour a perfect blend of spirituality, history, and nature.
Depart from Ahmedabad at 12:00 PM in an AC coach (2 × 2/2 x 1 tempo) for Dwarka, covering approximately 480 km, which takes around 9 hours.
Arrive in Dwarka by 10:00 AM. After breakfast, check in to the hotel by 12:00 PM and take some rest. In the afternoon, visit the Dwarkadhish Temple at 4:00 PM and enjoy shopping in the local market (at your own expense) before returning to the hotel.
After breakfast, depart from Dwarka to Bet Dwarka at 8:00 AM. Visit the Rukshmani Temple, Nageshwar Jyotirling, Gopi Lake, and Bet Dwarka, followed by a visit to Shivrajpur Beach. Return to the hotel after the tour.
After early morning tea and breakfast, leave Dwarka for Somnath at 7:30 AM (approximately 270 km, taking 6 to 7 hours). On the way, visit Madhvur Beach and Bhalka Tirtha Temple. Check in to the hotel upon arrival and rest.
After morning tea and breakfast, visit the Jyotirlinga at Somnath Temple and the Triveni Sangam. After checking out from the hotel, visit Devliya Park in Sasangir (entry fee at your own expense) on the way back to Ahmedabad (approximately 410 km, taking 8 to 9 hours).
