Travel from Srinagar to Gulmarg, covering approximately 55 km (about 2 hours). In Gulmarg, you can enjoy the famous Gondola ride (ropeway) and explore Khilanmarg, both at your own expense. Please note, the Gondola tickets should be booked online by our office staff at www.jammuandkashmircablecar.com at least 1 month prior to the travel date for the time slot after 11 AM, also at the traveler’s own expense.

Due to the long wait times for the Gondola in Gulmarg and the extended time it takes for tourists to complete the ride, lunch will not be provided in Gulmarg. It is the traveler's responsibility to book the Gondola tickets, and once booked, they cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

Special Note: The road from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is occasionally closed due to snowfall. In such cases, travelers will need to arrange a chained vehicle at their own expense, provided by the local union. The approximate cost for this is Rs. 2500 to Rs. 3500 per vehicle. Travel from Srinagar to Pahalgam, covering approximately 90 km (around 3 hours). Upon arrival in Pahalgam, take some time to rest and settle in. We strive to offer hotels near the main city centers in Pahalgam, though they may be more modest compared to those in Srinagar. If you wish to upgrade your hotel, it can be arranged for an additional charge.

As you travel from Srinagar to Pahalgam, you'll pass through the Pampore area, known for its saffron fields and cricket bat factories. We advise against spending too much time shopping here to ensure you reach Pahalgam in time for lunch.

After arriving in Pahalgam, you can visit Baisaran by horse (at your own expense) and explore Aru Valley by hiring a local union taxi (also at your own expense). Please note that river rafting in the area is not recommended, as it can be dangerous.
